Steve Cross has helped a number of venues from a leading UK pub chain plain, build and maintain their social media spaces.
The Problem
Although the company has major brand recognition and national social media spaces, a number of the venues wanted to speak locally to their customers and engage with them to ensure special offers and events were being communicated effectively.
The Solution
We identified Facebook and Twitter being the most appropriate channels, linked in with FourSquare and YouTube to talk to the audience and built fan pages incorporated all of the networks onto Facebook.
We continue to provide interesting content like video, links, status updates and commenting on our followers to keep the venues top of mind for people considering where to go for their nights out.
