How does it work?
We sit down and analyse your business, looking at your present marketing and see where it matches your organisation’s aims and objectives.
From this we create a plan (from three months to a year) establishing how we will use various marketing and public relations tools to help build your business.
Quite simply, you then let Steve get on with as much of your marketing and PR that you need! You will have continuous, personal phone and email support allowing you to pass over all marketing functions to Steve, whether that’s to bounce ideas, review copy changes, consider advertising offers from sales people or start new projects.
Each month we will sit down, analyse the progress of the campaign, and agree action points over the next few weeks to ensure we are matching your business objectives. You will be provided with a full marketing calendar with monthly tasks so you can monitor your marketing success.
Am I in control?
Completely. When we agree our plan of action, we will establish how you want your business to communicate, and dovetail with any existing arrangements to ensure a smooth transition. You can pass over as little or as much of your marketing as you like.
